Attention DME suppliers! The DME MACs are joining together to provide the supplier community with information on the latest review program known as Target Probe and Educate (TPE). Please join the DME MACs for a collaborative webinar.
Beginning July 3, 2017, CMS authorized Jurisdiction B and Jurisdiction D to conduct the TPE Pilot review process and beginning October 1, 2017 the TPE review process was implemented for Jurisdiction A and Jurisdiction C. The goal of TPE is to improve the claims payment error rate and reduce the volume of appeals through claim review and education.
During the webinar, you’ll receive detailed information from medical review staff regarding what to expect during TPE reviews. There will be time for questions after the webinar presentation.
