H.R. 1717 is now up to 153 cosponsors— this bill proposes to stop the Medicare bidding program and replace it with a sustainable, transparent model designed by auction experts and the HME provider and consumer community called a market pricing program.
Special thanks to Johnny Miller at Miller's Rental & Sales and OAMES president who met with Rep. Jim Renacci during the August recess and gained his support for HR 1717. Rep. Renacci became the 11th Ohio legislator to sign on to bill.
