Nashville Mega Workshop

Hosted by DME MAC Jurisdiction B

Nashville, Tennessee

The DME Provider Outreach and Education team at CGS has announced that registration is open for the Mega workshop in Nashville on March 25-26!  This two-day Medicare event is a great opportunity to increase your Medicare knowledge.

There will be general sessions in the morning:  "What’s New in Medicare with the DME MAC Medical Director’s Updates" followed by "Documentation Requirements'.  This year, they have split Documentation Requirements into two rooms – one for DME suppliers and one for O & P suppliers to ensure the information given is pertinent to your business.

In addition, there are 15 courses scheduled for the afternoon of March 25.  You can choose up to three courses that will best fit your needs.  For example, they have courses for orthotic and prosthetic suppliers titled "Lower Limb Prostheses Errors" and "Orthotics Errors" respectively.  They also have sessions scheduled for specific equipment categories and prevalent claim errors.  Are you new to Medicare or have new employees? Fundamentals of Medicare and other foundational courses are available during the workshop.

The second day begins with an open Q & A with a DME MAC Medical Director and your POE representatives followed by presentations from partner contractors.  They will finish the morning with focused case studies which you can pick and choose. The workshop day comes to a close around noon, leaving you plenty of time to travel home on March 26.

All workshop materials and handouts are included in your $150 registration fee.

CGS is currently offering an “Early Bird Special!” Register today and pay only $125 for both days – the price will go up to the standard $150 soon, so take advantage of this unique deal!
