OAMES Webinar: News You Need to Know on State Legislative & Regulatory Developments

The agenda focuses on state issues affecting HME providers and small businesses and includes a breakdown of Ohio’s new operating budget bill, signed by Governor DeWine on Wednesday evening, along with other major legislation before the Ohio General Assembly.  We’ll also review the status of the Ohio Department of Medicaid’s “Next Generation” managed care program including procurement launch and preparations underway for implementation in early 2022 with time for Q&As.
