Provider Relief Fund Reporting Portal Opens Thursday, July 1

The Provider Relief Fund Reporting Portal will be open for recipients that received $10,000 or more in aggregate between April-June 2020 starting this Thursday, July 1. Payments from the HRSA COVID-19 Uninsured Program and several other Provider Relief Fund (PRF) programs are exempted from the requirement. This upcoming Portal opening will likely apply to DMEPOS suppliers that received the automatic General Distribution Phase 1 payment that were dispersed starting April 10, 2020.  

All funds received during the Payment Received Period of April 10-June 30, 2020, need to be used towards acceptable expenses or losses by this Wednesday, June 30. Any funds that have not been used by the June 30 deadline must be returned to HHS. Below is the timeline chart provided by HHS.

Here are some resources for completing the reporting requirement:

Recipients who are required to submit a report are encouraged to register for the Portal prior to July 1. Registration should take about 20 minutes.  Reporting Portal for Period 1 will be open for 90 days and are due by September 30, 2021.
