HME News & MiraVista LLC Host Free Webcast on Philips Recall

 

On June 14, 2021, Philips Respironics recalled nearly 4 million of its CPAP, BiPAP, and ventilation devices.  The manufacturer estimates it could take a year to replace or repair the affected equipment, and the pandemic-strained global supply chair cannot do much to expedite the process.  Limited guidance since the announcement leaves suppliers, clinicians and patients to plot their own course between now and then.
