Tuesday, January 11, 10:30 am ET (9:30 CT) – Medicare 101. Medicare 101 provides an overview of billing DME claims to the Medicare program. It’s a great training tool for new staff and a helpful refresher for industry veterans.
Wednesday, January 12, 10:30 am ET (9:30 CT) – Documentation Requirements Part 1: Principles. The agenda includes an overview of the principles of documentation, amendments and corrections to medical records, signature requirements, and Comprehensive Error Rate Testing (CERT). This event is part 1 of 3 in the series.
Thursday, January 13, 10:30 am ET (9:30 CT) – Therapeutic Shoes for Persons with Diabetes. This webinar takes an in-depth look at the coverage criteria and documentation requirements, as well as the roles of certifying physician versus prescribing physician.
Thursday, January 14, 10:30 am ET (9:30 CT), - Therapeutic Shoes for Persons with Diabetes LiveLine Plus. This LiveLine Plus webinar offers an extended Q&A session for questions about therapeutic shoes for persons with diabetes. POE will also discuss documentation examples and top errors. Attendees should participate in the January 13 regular webinar to ensure a basic understanding of this policy.
