Join CGS and all Medicare contractors at Medtrade in Dallas on March 28-30 at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center. Stop by Booth 456 to see your Medicare contractors and ask questions!
Representatives from 8 different Medicare contractors will be available for questions: The 4 DME Medicare Administrative Contractors (DME MACs), the Competitive Bidding Implementation Contractor (CBIC), the Common Electronic Data Interchange (CEDI) contractor, the Pricing, Data Analysis, and Coding (PDAC), and both National Provider Enrollment (NPE) contractors (NPEast and NPE West). The exhibition hall is open from 9 am – 5 pm CT on Wednesday, March 29 and from 9 am – 5 pm CT on Thursday, March 30.
The Medicare Updates track is open to all conference and expo attendees! The DME MACs will present 2 sessions under the “Medicare Updates” track:
- March 28, 2023, 10:15 am – 11:15 am: Medicare & CERT Task Force Updates. Provider Outreach and Education representatives from the 4 DME MACs will provide an update on the most current Comprehensive Error Rate Testing (CERT) data, educational updates, and more.
- March 30, 2023, 10:15 am – 11:15 am: Medicare Auditing Entities. This session outlines the purpose of Medicare review programs and the different auditing entities involved. Attendees will learn strategies for responding to documentation requests and next steps for unfavorable audit decisions.
