State Board of Pharmacy Releases Information on HME Provider Licensure & Registration

The State of Ohio Board of Pharmacy released an update on March 13 regarding HME provider licensing and registration. 

One of the announcements was that the license and registration renewal window is being delayed from the usual opening date of March 14th to May 1st.  For more information, click the link below:
