Suppliers – do you need assistance in preventing documentation errors when you receive a request from the Comprehensive Error Rate Testing (CERT) contractor? This is the webinar for you!

Our webinar on general documentation errors is your opportunity to hear directly from the Medicare Administrative Contractors (MACs) reasons for claim denials and how to avoid those denials. This session will focus on:

• Prevalent general documentation errors
• Error elements on supplier generated documentation
• Solutions to avoid general documentation errors

Representatives from the four DME MACs will be on hand to provide information and guidance that will lead to successful outcomes when claims are reviewed by the CERT contractor.
