Friday Look: Homebound Vaccines, Expanding Medicare, More

The National Association for Home Care & Hospice (NAHC) announced this week it is working with the White House to build a program to get vaccinations to homebound patients. The organization is asking home health, hospice and homecare agencies to take a survey to help gauge their willingness to participate and the logistics that would need to be managed. It’s only up for a week, and each company should only fill out once. Take the survey here.

One of the Biden Administration’s proposals to help older adults is to drop eligibility for Medicare to age 60. That may not be the best idea, according to a new analysis. Read it here.
