Attestation Portal for Provider Relief Funds Now Available
As AAHomecare first reported on Friday, healthcare providers receiving a share of COVID-19 relief per the CARES Act are required to sign an attestation that they are in compliance with terms & conditions associated with the relief.
The attestation portal is now available here – and can also be accessed via the top of the CARES Act Provider Relief Fund page.
Suppliers receiving relief are required to submit their attestation within 30 days of receipt of funds.
AAHomecare suggests that suppliers examine the terms & conditions document carefully and seek legal guidance if you are unsure if your company is able to comply.
